Fans of the 2018 blockbuster A Star Is Born received a special performance last night, with Lady Gaga bringing out co-star Bradley Cooper during her Las Vegas show.

If you’ve not gone out to see the 2018 remake of A Star Is Born, critics will be the first to tell you that you’re missing out. Having made over $410m at the box office so far, the film also scored a number of Golden Globe nominations, as well as an amazing eight nominations for the Academy Awards.

However, one of the biggest moments of the entire film was the performance of ‘Shallow’. A collaboration between Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, the track has since been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song, and has even topped the charts here in Australia.

As Vanity Fair reports, audiences in Las Vegas were treated to something rather special, with Cooper and Lady Gaga coming together for a remarkable rendition of the tune.

As Lady Gaga reached the encore portion of Saturday night’s performance of her Las Vegas residency, she welcomed Bradley Cooper to the stage, who stumbled through a couple of earpiece problems.

“Jackson never used these,” Cooper joked, referring to his character of Jackson Maine. “I can’t hear anything.”

Before long, the pair got into the track, with Lady Gaga kneeling next to Bradley Cooper for the start of the song, before Cooper found himself leaning against the piano for the latter portion of the track.

The pair are set to perform the track again next month at the Academy Awards on February 24th. However, there’s a chance that this upcoming performance won’t have the same endearing nature that the Las Vegas one did.
