Lana Del Rey is currently touring her exquisite new album, Norman Fucking Rockwell! During her performance in Seattle earlier this week, Del Rey offered a luscious, piano-driven cover of Joni Mitchell’s 1970 Ladies Of The Canyon track ‘For Free’. It’s a truly divine cover, you can check out fan-shot footage of the performance below.

This isn’t the first time Lana has covered the track, she previously shared a snippet of her singing the song on Instagram. I think I speak on behalf of all of us when I say that we’re absolutely gagging for a studio version.

Lana has been gifting us with a bunch of gorgeous covers over the course of her Norman Fucking Rockwell! album rollout. Last month she collaborated with Leonard Cohen’s son Adam on a performance of classic Leonard track ‘Chelsea Hotel No.2’. The tribute coincided with what would have been Cohen’s 85th birthday.

She also recently cut her teeth in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, covering Ariana Grande’s ‘break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored.’

Norman Fucking Rockwell! also features a cover of Sublime’s ‘Doin Time’. We didn’t think it was possible for a Sublime track to sound so sultry, but Ms Del Rey really did that.

Norman Fucking Rockwell! was released on August 30th, you can stream the album in its entirety below.
