The unlikely trio of members from Limp Bizkit, The Used, and Mastrodon have joined forces for a cover of ‘Mountain Song’ by Jane’s Addiction to bring a bit of nostalgia to your hump day.
It comes as a part of ‘Kings Of Quarantine’ which is a series collab by Bill Kelliher from Mastrodon and Jason Rockman and Kevin Jardine from Slaves on Dope, who have recently banded together to cover popular songs.
For this installment, they are joined by Limp Bizkit’s Wes Borland on guitar and In Flame’s Tanner Wayne on drums. Bert McCracken from The Used also makes a virtual appearance from his studio space.
There are some notable appearances from Veruca Salt‘s Louise Post, Filter‘s Richard Patrick and 311′s P-Nut.
The all-star ensemble adds even more excitement to the cover by switching up the vocals for different parts.
Fans are (understandably) going nuts for it.
“It’s an amazing video, filled with amazing people! You guys definitely knocked it out of the park with this one,” posted one fan.

“OMG THIS IS HUGE!” wrote another impressed fan.
The collaboration comes in aid of Roadie Relief, which is an organisation to help professional roadies who have been left jobless due to the pandemic.
“Productions can take over 100+ traveling crew members to set up by the time doors open,” their site reads.
“Many of these crew members, “roadies,” have been doing this as a career for decades. Some of these roadies, while experts in this field, have never had any other job experience. Since the world pandemic, well over a hundred thousand of these people are left with no income and no financial assistance.
“There are no concerts or live events for the foreseeable future. At the beginning of 2020, job opportunity ceased to exist and 2021 remains uncertain. Many are unable to claim unemployment as their expert level trade skills are not recognized and they do not qualify. This on-going problem is leaving 100s of roadies without a secure livelihood.”
