Adelaide garage/classic rock band BAD//DREEMS have just dropped their brand new single on Sydney based label Ivy League Records leading up to their LP planned to be released later this year, alongside new tour dates in the UK in May this year.

With the new single ‘Cuffed and Collared’, BAD//DREEMS follow their classic Aussie rock formula in this punchy new single. The production is tight thanks to producer Mark Opitz, who has worked alongside the likes of AC/DC, INXS and Cold Chisel, especially for the percussion and the airy garage recording on the guitars gives a good outback feel to the track.

The psychedelic lead guitar gives good atmosphere to the bridge of the track. The intro is very reminiscent of The Monkees’ ‘Last Train to Clarkesville’ just replacing the happy-go-lucky vocals with some classic rock. The title ‘Cuffed & Collared’ seems to play on the recent BDSM popularity burst which is ever so popular at the moment. ‘Cuffed and Collared’ is a true Aussie rock anthem suitable for pub brawls and backyard barbeques.
