Since releasing her highly acclaimed debut album Glorio, Brisbane-based chanteuse McKisko (Helen Franzmann) has been busy touring and recording her latest stellar release Good Grief.
Having performed with the likes of Bon Iver, Juana Molina, Tiny Vipers, Jose Gonzales and Robert Forster, Good Grief (Released 3 October 2011) is the first tantalizing installation in a series of five seven inches that will be released over the next eighteen months. Each release will be a limited pressing of 500, with digital downloads also available from: www.mckisko.com
To celebrate the release of the stunning Good Grief, McKisko will be treating audiences to her expansive aural delights at FBi Social in Sydney on Sunday 9 October, Toff in Town in Melbourne on Thursday 13 October, followed by a special Pure Pop in store performance on Saturday 15 October.
McKisko will then head to Adelaide to perform at Grace Emily on Sunday 16 October, Friday 21 October at the Visy Theatre, Brisbane Powerhouse and will wrap up proceedings with a very special show at Cooran Hall on Saturday 22 October.
