Following a highly successful, sell-out event in February, Mountain Sounds Festival 2016 has unveiled an absolutely massive first round lineup, topped by the likes of Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr and Aussie indie favourites The Jezabels.

Punters heading down to the Mount Penang Parklands will also be treated to performances from the likes of Alpine, Art Vs Science, The Delta Riggs, Jack Beats, Green Buzzard, Harts, Hockey Dad, Holy Holy, Nina Las Vegas, Set Mo, Slumberjack, and many more.

Bands will be spread over five stages, an expansion on this year’s four, including a new “secret” area, which will feature markets, pop-up bars, live art, and installations, so there’s plenty to keep you entertained over the day.

Set in the scenic surrounds of the Mount Penang Parklands in Kariong, New South Wales, punters are welcome to camp on Friday and Saturday nights surrounding the festival. Check the official Mountain Sounds website for more details.
