Indie-rock stalwarts Murder by Death have announced that they will be returning to Australian shores this June. Led by husband and wife duo Adam Turla and Sarah Balliet, the band have amassed a cult following over the course of their near-twenty year career.
Joining Murder by Death will be punk icon Laura Jane Grace, this time she’ll be bringing her along her new band The Devouring Mothers. Laura Jane Grace and the Devouring Mothers released their debut record Bought to Rot in November last year. It will be Grace’s first time in Australia since she was here with Against Me! in 2017.
They will both be joined by Brisbane indie-punk artist Emmy Hour. They’ll be hitting venues in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne.
