Everyday is the first film clip from The Laughing Leaves. Filmed by Melbourne director Edward Tom onto 16mm film in late 2013, the clip explores the everyday repetition of the Australian bogan and the coming apocalypse from these bogan’s mundane existence.

Shot at the Meredith hotel, the final drinking hole on the road to Aunty’s farm, the locals provided the perfect backdrop needed for the clip. The split shot filmed off the edge of the great ocean road is an escape from the apocalyptic future the pub holds. But don’t think too hard about it. Enjoy the clip, the song and have a beer to bogans everywhere.
