Eleven-year-old kid wonder Nandi Bushell has enlisted the help of Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders to rip through a performance of the band’s 2006 breakout anthem, ‘I Bet That You Look Good on the Dancefloor.’

The performance saw Helders bash out the Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not track on the drums, whilst Bushell wielded the axe, carving her way through the song’s momentous riffs.

Bushell and Helders ushered in the performance with a sly reference to the band’s mythos. Recovered tattoo-choker wearing teens that worshipped Arctic Monkeys with religious zeal take note of Bushell asking Helders, “Believe the hype, or don’t believe the hype?”

The performance marks the first instalment of a planned four-part series. Bushell and Helders will also deliver covers of Arctic Monkeys tracks ‘Brianstorm’ and ‘R U Mine’, whilst the fourth video will see an improvised jam and Bushell interview Helders.
