After dropping new single ‘3005’ earlier this week as well as having a weird sorta public meltdown, in which he told everyone of his Instagram followers that while he wanted to release his second album around Christmas, that he wasn’t a ‘big enough artist’ to do so.
Looks like it worked with the release date being this December.

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Live From KCRW
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have announced the fourth official live album in the band’s history and their first new release since releasing the ARIA and AMP-nominated Push The Sky Away, the band’s first-ever Australian #1 album in their 30 year history.
Live From KCRW features a stripped-down lineup – Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey, Jim Sclavunos, Barry Adamson, and their iconic ringleader – performing classic Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds material alongside four songs from Push the Sky Away.
Due for release on 29th November – as part of Record Store Day’s Black Friday release list – the recordings were made earlier this year at a live KCRW radio session at Apogee Studio in Los Angeles. The session was recorded by Bob Clearmountain on April 18th, between the band’s two Coachella festival appearances.
Live from KCRW will be released on CD, download, and double vinyl format – which features two additional exclusive, un-broadcasted live recordings from the session: ‘Into my Arms’ and ‘God is in the House’. The live album will also be available as a digital deluxe bundle with Push the Sky Away.

Four years after the release of their critically acclaimed album Call Signs, Melbourne’s Black Cab have returned with the Go Slow EP.
Working alongside UK producer and ex-Death In Vegas memberTimothy Holmes, the new release features two double A-side singles ‘Go Slow’/’Games of the XXI Olympiad’.
Black Cab will launch the new singles over several East Coast tour dates in November including Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart and Wollongong.
