Holy Holy Australian Tour 2013 Announced

Holy Holy are excited to announce a special East Coast run to celebrate the end of the year playing with their friends and new fans. It has been an exceptionally exciting few months for the guys, who have been amazed by the impact of their first single “Impossible Like You’. The band have spent the last few months touring Australia with the likes of Emma Louise, The Trouble with Templeton and Snakadaktal, following on from their first headlining tour which resulted in two sold-out shows in Sydney and full rooms in both Melbourne and Brisbane.

Holy Holy is a musical project that brings together two composers in two different cities: Award-winning singer songwriter Timothy Carroll from Brisbane and acclaimed Melbourne-based guitarist / composer Oscar Dawson. The genesis of their debut record arrived while living in Stockholm and Berlin in 2011 demoing the tracks in the apartments, stairwells and snow-covered studios of those two great cities. The pair have since returned to Australia, with their full-length debut crafted alongside producer and collaborator Matt Redlich (Emma Louise, Hungry Kids of Hungary, The Trouble With Templeton, Ball Park Music).

Dustin Tebbutt Releases EP, East Coast Tour Dates

Falling for the northern hemisphere…the notion of life in winter and the appeal of a hibernation far away. Dustin Tebbutt relocated to Sweden for 2 years to live and work, write and record. The result was his tender four-track EP, The Breach – including the title track with three new songs – ‘Where I Find You,’ ‘The Wolves (Reprise)’ and ‘White Lines’. After gaining high rotation across Australia, and releasing the evocative video for ‘Where I Found You’, Tebbutt now performs a string of live shows over the coming months. Prior to a run of headlining shows in December, Tebbutt will join Boy and Bear on their upcoming national tour commencing later this month. A full list of dates and venues with ticketing information is below. This is the music for your autumns and winters. For the soft light, for the rainy windowpane, for that silent drive in the night, or the carving of a home from a new place.

Turbo Fruits Australian Tour 2013

Southern-fried punk rockers, Turbo Fruits exacerbate American rock n roll. They head to Australia this November with their wild, abandon and unfettered debauchery wrapped up in buzz saw guitars and pummelling, primal rhythms. Turbo Fruits is the brainchild of former Be You Own Pet member and Bruise Cruise master, Jonas Stein. Their debut was release via Thurston Moore’s label Estatic Peace! in 2006 and since, they have releases through Fat Possum and Serpents & Snakes as well as featuring on Drew Barrymore’s directorial debut, Whip It. Turbo Fruits is one of America’s most visceral rock groups, as is evidence on their most recent album Butter. Don’t miss Turbo Fruits’ on tour this November, producing wild & raw rock n roll, the kind that folks aren’t ashamed to get loose, get sweaty and get down to.
