Following the announcement of their much anticipated album The Catalyst Fire after signing to UNFD, due for release on August 9th, the band have revealed that they’ll be hitting the road in support of their latest opus.
Their last album, 2010 debut This Is The Warning peaked at #2 on the ARIA Charts, achieved Gold status and spawned a string of popular singles; now the Brisbane five-piece are set to unleash its follow-up on the world, including the premiere of their brand new song ‘Lodestar’, including the brand new music video showing that Dead Letter Circus are returning in spectacular fashion (which you can view below).
Written and recorded over nine months, The Catalyst Fire was crafted with long-term producer and collaborator Forrester Savell and marks a new evolutionary level for one of Australia’s most exciting alternative rock bands, a reputation earned through their stunning live show.
Complementing the band’s passionate intensity on The Catalyst Fire Tour will be two very special support acts. Closure In Moscow and Sleep Parade are being taken along for the ride to provide an unforgettable evening of virtuosity and incredible music, and tickets are sure to sell out fast.
Closure In Moscow are currently on tour around the country giving audiences a live taste of their much anticipated new album Pink Lemonade and its in-depth, prog-leaning brand of rock. Likewise Sleep Parade who completed a national tour in March/April to warm up for the release of their long-awaited second album Inside/Out, their first since 2008 debut Things Can Always Change.
