Red Molly, thedynamic female trio from the USA formed spontaneously around a festival campsite. Right from the start the trio got attention with their lively, engaging stage performances, and ever since have been drawing invitations from renowned US events like MerleFest, RockyGrass, and Mountain Stage. In June 2012, Red Molly opened several shows for legendary music icon Willie Nelson. They are thrilled about their Australia debut! www.redmolly.com

Scottish group LAU have been described as a formidable union of three of the finest and most innovative exponents of modern traditional music in Scotland today; Kris Drever, Martin Green and Aidan O’Rourke. The warmth and excitement they generate with each new release, and every gig, has culminated in armfuls of plaudits, including three consecutive years of being crowned ‘Best Group’ at the BBC Radio Two Folk Awards. www.lau-music.co.uk

Russell Morris is one of Australia’s most enduring singers. A major pop star in the late ‘60s, he went on to become one of the country’s first singer/songwriters. Russell and band will play repertoire from his classic hits (‘The Real Thing, Hush, Wings of an Eagle’) right through to the latest material from his new blues and roots album “Shark Mouth”. www.russellmorris.com.au

Over three 40 degree days in the heat of a Melbourne summer Liz Stringer, Chris Altmann and a heavily pregnant Suzannah Espie sat around a couple of microphones in Jeff Lang’s shed and played and sang together. The result is ‘Sea of Lights’, a collection of haunting melodic tales adorned with lush harmonies and exquisitely delicate arrangements. Now, the three have come together again to recreate the beautiful intimacy of those recordings live at the festival. www.suzannahespie.com.au
