Known as one of the great folk festivals of the world and boasting a line up the was described in 2012 as”mind-blowing” the 37th Port Fairy Folk Music Festival is proud to add to the rich tapestry of the Australian summer music season by revealing a snapshot of the 2013 line up , showing once again why it sells out year after year. The line up represents the demand from all types of music for all ages and offers a music experience that encompasses true music legends as well as the hottest crop of mew music on offer both internationally and at home.
The 37th Port Fairy Folk MusicFestival will present a line-up of over 100 inspiring and wonderful international and national acts in a unique program for all tastes and ages as the festival transforms the historic seaside village into a cultural park taking in twenty venues including The Arena, schools, halls, wharf, surf club and more.
Headlining this year are a varied array of artists including Gurrumul Yunpingu , Kate Miller-Heidke, Arlo Gurthie and many many more local and international artists.
