Former Neighbours star and socialite Tottie Goldsmith was busted by police with sniffer dogs for supposed cocaine possession at the Hot Barbecue Festival at Portsea, south of Melbourne, on Saturday.
The event was heavily patrolled by police with their little drug hounds, who found busting wanna be munters for possession akin to shooting fish in a barrel as shuttle buses ferried punters in to the venue, and into the snouts of the waiting dogs. Police apparently found an ‘enormous’ number of illicit drugs on shuttle buses as punters ditched them in a panic.
Goldsmith, 48 and somehow you’d think old enough to know better, was one of 40 people arrested at the event. She will most likely be placed in a drug diversion program and ordered to seek therapy if she pleads guilty to charges.
