The OneRepublic Austrailan Tour 2013 has been announced.

The American rock band embark on a southern summer adventure as they hit Australian venues this November, delivering their renowned live performances and anthemic rock/pop hits.

Lead by multi-Grammy Award winning songwriter and producer, vocalist Ryan Tedder, OneRepublic will touch down in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, rocking a swag of songs from their hugely successful three
album repertoire, including: ‘Apologize’, ‘Stop and Stare’, ‘Good Life’, ‘Secrets’, ‘All the Right Moves’, ‘Feel Again’, ‘If I Lose Myself’ and ‘Counting Stars’.

Fellow Americans Boyce Avenue and emerging local artist Emma Birdsall will join OneRepublic on tour.

OneRepublic – which includes bandmates Zach Filkins (guitar), Drew Brown (guitar), Brent Kutzle (bass, cello), and Eddie Fisher (drums) – is fronted by highly in-demand songwriter and producer, triple-threat Ryan Tedder, who has contributed to some of the biggest pop songs of recent memory, including Beyoncé’s #1 smash ‘Halo’, Leona Lewis’s ‘Bleeding Love’ and Adele’s ‘Turning Tables’ and ‘Rumour Has It’, for which he won his first Grammy.

Formed in 2002, the band exploded into the spotlight five years later with the release of Timbaland Presents OneRepublic ‘Apologize’. The remix track sky-rocketed to #1 in 16 countries and still ranks in the top 50 of
Billboard’s Hot 100’s of All-Time Top Songs list. ‘Apologize’ has also become one of the most downloaded tracks of the digital age, selling more than 10 million copies.

The massive tune dominated airwaves locally, spending an incredible eight weeks at #1 on the ARIA Chart. In 2007, a month after the release of ‘Apologize’, OneRepublic cemented the connection with their global
audience with the timely delivery their debut album ‘Dreaming Out Loud’, selling more than two million copies.

Nearly four years after the release of sophomore album Waking Up, this year OneRepublic released their third and current studio album Native (Universal Music Australia), offering a perfect balance of piano-fuelled EDM,
blues, gospel and folk influences and sounds.

Entering the Billboard chart at #4 on debut, the album proceeded to rank top 5 in 23 countries and accumulate sales exceeding an incredible one million within the first week of release.

Australia has been a major part of this worldwide success with Native residing top 10 of the ARIA Album chart for 14 weeks. The album features two hit singles currently sitting in the ARIA Single chart’s Top 20 – three-times
platinum lead single ‘Counting Stars’ which peaked at #2 for several weeks – and the follow up single ‘Something I Need’ which rose to #6.
