Brother Love, formerly known as Puff Daddy, formerly known as Sean John, formerly known as P. Diddy, formerly known as Diddy, formerly known as Puffy, one time known as ‘Swag’ and née Sean Combs has changed his name once again.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has donned many monikers over the course of his career. This time, he’s upped the anti and made his new name government official. Taking to social media on Monday, Combs shared a photo of his new driver’s license. The new Florida state-issued card officially declared Diddy ‘Sean Love Combs’.

“Look what I just got in the mail today,” Diddy wrote. “IT’S OFFICIAL!!! WELCOME TO THE LOVE ERA.”

Sean going by ‘Love’ is no new schtick. The rapper announced that he would be going by Love or Brother Love back in 2017 — musing that the name change was a reflection of the way he holds himself.

“I’m just not who I am before,” he said at the time. “I’m something different. So, my new name is Love aka Brother Love. I will not be answering to Puffy, Diddy, Puff Daddy, or any of my other monikers but Love or Brother Love.”
