U.S. rockers Paramore will be back with new music very soon it seems, with new buzz being sparked by the emergence of the titles and songwriting credits of 12 unreleased tracks.
As NME reports, a Paramore fan account on Twitter has noticed that the band have registered what would appear to be an album’s worth of unreleased tracks on ASCAP (the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) ACE Repertory, a list of songs and their registered composers.

While it’s only the barest hint of a record on its own, an update on the new record was given on Instagram earlier in the year, building plenty of anticipation for what will be their first LP since their self-titled fourth album back in 2013. It’s been a long time between drinks, and fans (especially the ones above) are clearly pretty eager right now for their return.
Excitingly for long-term fans, original drummer Zac Farro does appear to be back in the fold, having left in 2010 after six years in the band. Touring drummer Aaron Gillespie confirmed last year that he wouldn’t be featuring on the new record, while Farro has been credited on three of the tracks listed above, as well as appearing behind the drums in a photo tweeted by the band in 2016 with a pretty clear hint in the caption.

We’ll have to wait and see if these tracks are the ones that eventually materialise on the next record, as the anticipation continues to build.
