Cosmos Creature is a 21-year-old Melbourne artist and musician who’s about to start making some serious waves. He’s just unveiled a new six-track EP, which is available now, and he’s celebrating with a video for single ‘See The Sun Rise’.
According to the artist himself, his lo-fi video, which was shot on Melbourne’s Southbank, was inspired by lots of different sources “like the skate videos of Bronze 56k, Alfred Hitchcock’s films and King Krule’s music videos”.
“The song is basically an anthem of self-awareness and while the lyrics are extremely personal, there is a strong feeling of an ‘everyman’ behind the lyrics,” Cosmos Creature told Tone Deaf. We have to say we agree.
Cosmos Creature will be launching his new EP with a show on Friday, 13th November at Revolver.
