Indie pop newcomers, DRESS CODE, might be fresh on the scene, but I guarantee you will be hearing this Adelaide 4-piece pop up on your radio often. March saw DRESS CODE grace us with their delicious tune ‘Caffeine‘; a dreamy, yet sophisticated track that showcases Oliver Miller’s vocals.

Following the success of the release of the single that has received praise from the likes of triple j, DRESS CODE has dropped a music video for ‘Caffeine’. The clip is directed by the bands very own Jack Bielby, and Thomas Schaefer and “follows a story of two childhood friends who struggle to maintain their relationship as they grow older and drift apart” the band says. It is a visceral, sentimental accompaniment to the searing track.

Despite only being a band for a few short months, the lads have already sold out their first headline show in their hometown, amongst supporting the likes of TOWNS and Pinkish Blu, with shows supporting Bakers Eddy, Mosquito Coast and Good Doogs.

DRESS CODE will be heading over to the east coast later this year in support of their upcoming debut EP produced by Oscar Dawson of renowned Australian band, Holy Holy. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
