Dark electro-pop artist Evangeline is today premiering her brand new single and accompanying video titled ‘CHEMICVL’ (chemical) out June 19th.
Produced by award-winning producer and songwriter Pip Norman (aka Countbounce), the 19- year old’s debut single is a hypnotic, dark electro-pop treat showcasing the young talent’s jaw-dropping vocal range and songwriting prowess.
‘CHEMICVL’s haunting lyrics tell a very personal story for Evie (as she is known to her friends) whose songs reflect her own life experiences as well as the depression, addictions and sense of loss her friends all too often encounter. She wrote ‘CHEMICVL’ while she was still at school and had lost a close friend to drugs. “I like to write about things that matter,” she says.
