Coal Coast boys Solid Effort have just dropped their latest track, ‘Too Far Gone.’
Taking a lazy stroll down leisure – punk lane, the song sounds like every tired, hungover Sunday feels. Hazy, low and gentle, it’s music built for the beach when a storm rolls in.
They’re certainly not being particularly leisurely on the live front, playing a gig at Sydney’s Union Hotel on August 18, Sydney’s Volumes Festival on August 27, and Brisbane’s BIGSOUND on September 6.
