The last time Melbourne’s Mandy Kane released new music was in 2009, when Gary Numan and Ade Fenton remixed his bone crushing synth-centric track ’25 Seconds’.
It’s now time however for him to share his latest efforts. Following the magical developmental years preceding the release of his debut, Tragic Daydreams, Kane has ventured out of his suburban bedroom; a musical laboratory of imagination, into the brutal reality of adulthood.
His latest creative effort is this five track EP titled Darkness & Divine. Recorded at Red Door Sounds and produced by Woody Annison (Black Cab/ Children Collide) the EP sees Kane explore untravelled territory – mixing alt rock in with synth goth influences (potentially thanks to his experience touring with Marilyn Manson).
