Austrian rapper/pop musician Mavi Phoenix has just dropped the video for her latest single, ‘Ibiza’.

Having been on the scene for a few years now, Mavi Phoenix has been capturing the attention of music fans all over the world with her stunning tunes and inimitable performance style. With tracks such as ‘Yellow‘ and ‘Trends‘ doing the rounds recently, Mavi Phoenix’s profile has been growing rapidly, earning her new fans at every turn.

Now she has dropped the video for her latest single, ‘Ibiza’, the newest taste from her upcoming Young Prophet II EP.

Directed by Cristina Salgar, the clip is a highly personal affair which perfectly matches the track’s deeply intimate nature.

Described as an anthem for difficult relationships, Mavi Phoenix explained that the track is, “my soundtrack for when you realize that you don’t fit together, but it’s super hard to let go and you get stuck in reminiscence.”

Having first shown an interest for music at a young age, the 22-year-old Phoenix has spent roughly half her life crafting a unique sound that she’s backed up with her own distinct style of production. As her profile continues to rise, she’s been associated with some of the biggest names in the world of music, including Italian producer Crookers, who recently remixed her track ‘LOS SANTOS’.

With a number of high-profile festival spots under her belt as well, you can expect tracks like ‘Ibiza’ to be doing the rounds on your local airwaves before too long.

Mavi Phoenix is set to release her latest EP, Young Prophet II, on October 5th. If you’ve been liking what you’ve been hearing, be sure to head over to her Bandcamp page where you can pre-order the EP, and preview some of her other tracks.
