Local crew The Hollywood Models are today unveiling their ridiculously fun video for ‘Fare Evade’ their ode to you guessed it – fare evading.
As the band explain “it’s a song (not to be taken too seriously) about the Melbourne public transport system and an anthem to all those who share our disdain for the myki, the consistent delayed trains and ticket inspectors and the power with which they are endowed once they earn their job titles.”
Fun tongue in cheek indie pop – ‘Fare Evade’ is a killer introduction to a band we’re looking forward to hear a lot more from in the not too distant future (if they’re not all locked up for unpaid tram fines that is!)
