Sydney metal core legends Polaris are today unleashing the brutal first listen of their killer sophomore EP The Guilt & The Grief – set for official release on Jan 29 2016 (Independent).
Following the release of their crushing single and music video ‘Regress’, the band have seriously grabbed 2016 by the horns by hitting the road with Stories, Belle Haven and Perspectives as well as dropping this record.
The Guilt & The Grief was written between May and August last year before the band stepped once again into STL Studios with producer Sonny Truelove (Young Lions, Prepared Like A Bride) to create the record, which was mixed and mastered by Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland (the guys behind the efforts of August Burns Red, I The Breather, Texas In July).
