Project Montreal is the ambitious musical project of talented Brisbane musician Ryan Wyatt. Wyatt is now gearing up to unveil the clip for his lead single ‘Colours’.

The single is a taste of what to except from his forthcoming album which was written and recorded across three continents along with the likes of Grammy award winning arranger pop music icon Van Dyke Parkes, the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Grammy award winning and legendary mastering engineer Bob Ludwig and produced by Mersey Beat musician and former member of Gerry and the Pacemakers’, Jose Mclaughlin.

Talking about the single Ryan Wyatt explains that the song title was intended to be quiet literal “All of the different instruments register as different colours and textures personally and I guess you could draw parallels in the way there is front, middle and foreground elements to the music, much like a city. Playing with contradictory elements ideas of being bold vs subtle, smooth vs rough, abstract vs clear. There was a drive for it to sound big and detailed”
