Indefinable punk/hip hop group Slim Jeffries have just dropped the latest track from their forthcoming debut EP, and it’s possibly their best yet.

A bit of a shift in sound for the five-piece, the Melbourne band have hit us with a ‘Bulls On Parade’-style punch with politically-charged lyrics and a heavy AF guitar churn, a nice contrast to some of the more psych/prog-tinged material we’ve heard from them in the past.

Both ends of the stick are fine by us, and should make for a damn fun set when they take to the stage at Yah’s Yah’s this Saturday for their last gig before embarking on an overseas trip. We recently premiered a live EP of theirs, so you can get a taste of what you’re in for ahead of time.
