Victoria’s Queenscliff Music Festival is back for another stunning year, with the annual event announcing its 2019 lineup this morning.

It feels like only yesterday that the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria was transformed into its yearly celebration of arts and music for the Queenscliff Music Festival.

Dishing up big-name artists from both Australia and abroad, the festival has managed to become a must-see event for music-lovers around the world over its 23-year history.

Now, with only five months to go until the 2019 edition of Queenscliff, organisers have dropped a mammoth first announcement, featuring an array of iconic musicians.

On the international side of things, the first announcement includes New Zealand music royalty Tim Finn, while UK guitar legend Newton Faulkner will also be hitting up the stage. Meanwhile, southern California soul outfit Allensworth will be bringing the vibes, while Canada’s Alysha Brilla will be blending Indian & East African sounds with a contemporary aesthetic.

On the Aussie front though, it’s a who’s-who of artists, with acts like The Cat Empire, Missy Higgins, Hiatus Kaiyote, Clare Bowditch, The Delta Riggs, Ash Grunwald, Troy Cassar-Daley, The Waifs, and Charlie Collins all joining the bill – just to name a few.

This year’s Queenscliff Music Festival is set to take place from November 22nd until the 24th, with tickets on sale now.

Of course, plenty more amazing artists are set to be announced, so you can be sure that this year is set to be one edition of the annual event that you won’t soon forget.
