Back for it’s 21st year, the annual Queenscliff Music Festival has delivered punters yet another stellar lineup that promises a fantastic weekend of diverse musical performances. There’s something for everyone at the three day event in Victoria!

Held in the beautiful coastal town of Queenscliff, the music festival was first created to combat a lull in tourism through late November. Now the festival brings masses from across Australia to see a lineup full of local and international acts across many different genres.

Courtney Barnett is set to close out the festival, bringing her suburban pop poetry to the stage alongside a massive bunch of Australian and international talent. There will also be a tribute to the late great Indigenous Australian musician Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu in the form of a special live performance of his final album Djarimirri (Child of the Rainbow). It will be brought to life by a 16 piece orchestra from the Australian National Academy of Music and feature an array of very special vocalists and performers.

Other Australian artists jumping on board the Bellarine bandwagon for 2018 are country music darling Kasey Chambers, iconic indie favourite The Whitlams, dreamy art-pop artist Sarah Blasko, hip-hop crew The Herd and Milk Records troubadour Fraser A. Gorman.

The Festival Of Small Halls is also taking part in the festival this year, bring Juno award nominated Canadian folk-pop duo Madison Violet and growling Aussie blues-folk troubadour Harry Jakamarra to the small town. International acts include surf rocker Donavon Frankenreiter, and Japanese funk orchestra Osaka Monaurail.

Tickets for the festival are selling quick. 2 day tickets are sold out, and there are only limited tickets left for the full three days and single days. Make sure you grab yours here whilst you still can!
