The Queenscliff Music Festival is back for its 22nd year this November, and as always, has delivered a stunning lineup that will get even the most cynical music fans jumping for joy.

With three days full of brilliant tunes in the coastal Victorian town of Queenscliff, the music festival has managed to become a must-see event for music lovers the world over, with artists and audience members travelling from the farthest reaches just to be a part of this special event.

However, one of the most notable qualities that sets Queenscliff apart from its other festival contemporaries happens to be the very lineup that they produce each and every year. While many festivals pride themselves as appealing solely to fans of hard rock, blues, folk, or hip-hop, the beauty of Queenscliff Music Festival is its mixed-bag approach to delivering a stunning lineup.

This year’s festival includes one of Australia’s biggest stars, Courtney Barnett, on the bill, with her indie-rock, suburban poetry set to close out this year’s event. Of course, plenty of her musical contemporaries are also set to feature as well, with Jen Cloher, Fraser A Gorman, and Dan Sultan flying the flag for great Aussie musicians.

Of course, it doesn’t stop there, with the likes of Amistat, Ben Ottewell, and Donavon Frankenreiter providing the laidback, acoustic tunes, while The Whitlams and Sarah Blasko will be delivering the soulful classics we’ve come to know and love when they take to the stage.

While the likes of Kasey Chambers and The Collingwood Casanovas will be keeping fans of the country and bluegrass genres happy, acts like Oh Pep! and Madison Violet will be ensuring that indie fans are well catered to.

Indigenous artists will also be well-represented at this year’s festivities, with the Skinnyfish Sound System set to take to the stage, while a performance of Gurrumul’s Djarimirri Live is highly anticipated by the festival crowds this year.

Overall, this year’s Queenscliff Music Festival will be delivering something for everyone, with acts like The Herd covering hip-hop, Tripod covering comedy music, Osaka Monaurail in charge of funk, The Senegambian Jazz Band delivering a world music explosion, and artists like The Twoks, Grizzlee Train, Carla Geneve, and The Cool Calm giving audiences the chance to discover something incredibly special.

Tickets for the festival are selling quick. Two-day tickets are sold out, and there are only limited tickets left for the full three days and single days. Make sure you grab yours here whilst you still can!
