Scotdrakula, I, A Man, Drunk Mums, M-Phazes, Electric Sea Spider and Them Swoops are heading to Razzmatazz – a half day street party celebrating the burgeoning musical talent emerging from the backstreets of Melbourne. The over-18’s pop-up event is a chance to play music for music’s sake: Razzmatazz will showcase a diverse range of Melbourne artists, where indie, electronica, hip hop, rock and even groove will all play a vital part.

As Razzmatazz is a festival promoting Melbourne we’ve made a conscious effort to approach small businesses that highlight the zest that Melbourne oozes. We want the festival to be a vehicle through which all involved, from the bands and the volunteers to the small business and alcohol sponsors, are able to reach a wider audience.

In the spirit of DIY we give you Razzmatazz, a no-frills, no fuss, no BS event that takes place Sunday 15 April 2012. Sailor Jerry Rum, Little Creatures and Lupe Wine (the Melbourne wine glasses with the peel off lids) are sorting out the bar, Melbourne famous ‘chippery’ Lord of the Fries, hot dog company Massive Wieners, and Lucky Pops icy poles will be providing refreshments and there will be mats, rugs and bean bags decorating the street.

The lineup is an all Melbourne cast and includes:

Scotdrakula
I, A Man
Drunk Mums
M-Phazes
Electric Sea Spider
