RocKwiz is bringing back its live music quiz show for a new national tour in 2025.
The Australian show’s return to theatres across the country comes “by popular demand,” with Julia Zemiro, Brian Nankervis, Dugald, and the RocKwiz OrKestra all confirmed to be hitting the road once again.
The 2025 tour promises fresh questions, surprise special guests, and the unique energy that has made RocKwiz an Australian cult classic for the past two decades.
“It’s extremely humbling that we are touring again in 2025 due to popular demand,” said Julia Zemiro. “The RocKwiz family adores performing live all over the country and we can’t wait to see you all again. If you want to be uplifted, if you want to be moved by incredible musicians at the top of their game and also laugh til you cry, this is the show for you.”
Brian Nankervis added, “Would we like to head back to theatres and concert halls… with some great artists, new segments, new questions… play loud music and invite audience members to be part of the show? Whattayareckon? Absolutely!”
Nankervis also highlighted how audience participation often creates some of the most memorable moments on tour. “Sometimes it’s the contestants from the audience who shine brightly,” he explained, sharing anecdotes from previous tours including a contestant whose wife once sang backup for Rod Stewart and another who performed AC/DC’s “High Voltage” to honour her late husband.
“This is a crazy world, but spreading some musical joy and connecting with our audience is a powerful tonic,” Nankervis added.
After twenty years on the road, RocKwiz has maintained its position as a must-see event for music lovers and trivia enthusiasts alike, blending live music performances with comedy and audience participation.
Fans can join pre-sales through the Kwizlist, venue, and ticket agency databases from 10am AEST on Thursday, July 17th, with general ticket sales beginning at 1oam AEST on Friday, July 18th.
