The Rolling Stones’ infamous 1972 Exile On Main Street tour was caught on film but never released. That is, until now. Conveniently coinciding with the re-release of the band’s remastered version of Exile, the film is entitled Ladies And Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones; and features footage of the band captured at gigs in Fort Worth and Houston in Texas. Mick Jagger says of the film; “It’s a full-on performance and energy levels are really high… everyone’s very together.” The film includes footage of classic Stones cuts such as ‘Brown Sugar’, ‘You Can’t Always Get What You Want’, ‘Tumbling Dice’ and ‘Jumpin’ Jack Flash’.
