It’s been a few years between drinks, but now post-hardcore icons Senses Fail are coming back to Australia, announcing a national tour earlier today.

Later this year, we’ll pass the 15th anniversary of Senses Fail’s debut record, Let It Enfold You. Featuring classics like ‘Buried a Lie’ and ‘Rum Is for Drinking, Not for Burning’, the album was a classic, providing a soundtrack to the high school years of countless music fans.

While it’s hard to believe that these veritable icons of the genre have been around for so long, it’s harder to deal with the fact that Senses Fail have been sadly absent from Aussie shores for almost six years now, last touring the country in 2013.

Since then, the band have released two full-length albums, and EP, and a split single with Man Overboard. Needless to say, it’s high time that they returned to our shores.

Announced today, Senses Fail are set to head back to Australia this July, bringing the light with them as they tour in support of their last album, If There Is Light, It Will Find You.

Kicking off in July, the tour will see the group hit up Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, and Melbourne, before wrapping up with some performances in the oft-overlooked cities of Adelaide and Perth.

Tickets to these shows go on sale 10am on Friday, April 12th through Destroy All Lines.
