The year of 2014 for Australia’s own folk-extraordinaire’s Boy & Bear has been insane.

Since the release of their sophomore record Harlequin Dream of 2013, the Sydney quintet’s popularity has soared exponentially on an international scale. In early February the band set off on a 30+ tour date stretching from The UK and Europe to The United States and Canada.

The band have sold out just about every gig on their extensive list and even stopped off at the Mecca of all music festivities, SXSW, baring the Australian music flag with pride.

Boy & Bear have provided Tone Deaf with a stunning exclusive “through our eyes” photo diary with accompanying commentary, capturing unique, privates moments with the band as they traverse the globe in Boy & Bear style. Join the band as they roll through Dutch streets on bikes, share a cuddle and discover the best way to keep your beer cool in a hotel room.

The folksters have just a few hearts remaining on the West Coast of the US to charm before flying home to commence their mammoth regional Australia tour, which sees the band perform 30 gigs around the nation.
