The Stonefield Australian Tour 2014 has been announced.
After a breakout year in 2013, including the release of their highly anticipated self-titled debut album in October, sold out east coast tour dates and the Best Regional Act award at the inaugural The Age Music Victoria Awards, Melbourne-based rock outfit Stonefield continue their impressive trajectory in 2014, with latest single “Love You Deserve” and accompanying national tour dates.
Audiences across the country will be treated to the riff heavy, blues influenced hard rock that Stonefield never fail to deliver during their live shows, as well as support from special guests Lurch & Chief.
Thew news of the Stonefield tour is accompanied by the launch of the sibling rock band’s very 70s inspired clothing line, Stonefield Vintage.
The Findlay sisters’ new national tour is in support of ‘Love You Deserve’, the latest single to be lifted from their first full-length, Stonefield; ”a debut that blasts people away with powerful rock, yet it’s their slower tracks that really shine,” as our Tone Deaf reviewer wrote.
“It’s probably my favourite part of the band; doing live shows,” said eldest sibling Amy Findlay in a Tone Deaf interview last year. “We love touring… we have a lot of fun going to the towns that aren’t the major cities and the reaction you get there.”
