Tame Impala frontman Kevin Parker has tied the knot with his girlfriend Sophie Lawrence. The top-secret ceremony, that took place this Saturday, saw the couple get hitched on a vineyard in Western Australia. According to The Daily Mail, the wedding festivities included a midnight Maccas run, involving the delivery of 150 cheeseburgers.
Collaborators Lady Gaga and Mark Ronson were rumoured to be invited to the affair but were unable to attend due to the 61st Grammy Awards. Check out some photos from the evening below.

Parker has also offered an update on the eagerly-anticipated fourth Tame Impala album. Insisting that the band are not working to any deadline and that their forthcoming headlining spot at Coachella would have no impact on the record’s release. Back in July 2018, Parker shared his recording plans in a conversation with Beat 1’s Matt Wilkinson, sharing that he hopes the new Tame Impala record would be out by mid-2019.
