At a Nine Inch Nails concert earlier this week Trent Reznor told the crowd he’d responded to a guest list request from Ted Cruz by telling him to “fuck off“. Now Cruz has responded in a tweet calling the story “#fakenews”.
In the tweet Ted Cruz also said he wasn’t a fan of Nine Inch Nails, saying “no, NIN is not my music taste.” He also confirmed that he did not drink all the beer at a previous NIN gig but said “but I would have!” Check out the tweet below.

Whilst talking about Cruz at the concert Reznor told fans the Texas senator had come to a previous show years earlier, “drank all the beer and was just a pain in the ass to be around.” According to Cruz it’s not true and everything was said in jest.
