October last year saw influential Scottish band The Blue Nile reissue three of their classic records on vinyl. Their 1984 debut A Walk Across the Rooftops, 1989’s masterpiece Hats, and 1996’s Peace at Last were all remastered by longtime collaborator Calum Malcolm and pressed 180-gram vinyl and limited to 1,000 copies.
Now the band has unveiled that they will be releasing their most recent effort, 2004’s High, on vinyl for the first time ever. Like the previous releases, the record has been remastered by Malcolm. It will also be available in CD set with four new songs and two remixes.
High will be released on June 5th via The Blue Nile’s website.
