Canadian rockers The Tea Party are set to return to their second home, announcing their latest Aussie headline tour.

Kicking things off back in 1990, The Tea Party have remained one of the most eclectic purveyors of progressive rock for most of the last three decades, gaining a strong international following for their stunning songs and live shows.

No stranger to Australian shores, the rockers are getting ever closer to having played 100 shows in this country – second only to their native Canada.

Now, following a series of live dates with a reformed Live last year, The Tea Party have locked in their first Aussie headline tour in two years.

Announcing their latest tour today, The Tea Party’s Black River tour will see the group hitting up intimate venues across the eastern half of the country, giving eager fans a rare chance to get up close and personal with the iconic musicians.

Kicking off in Hastings, Victoria on June 19th, the group will hit up Melbourne, Lilydale, Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Gold Coast, and Brisbane, before wrapping things up in Adelaide on June 30th.

Tickets to these shows go on sale at 9am on Thursday, March 28th, so don’t miss your chance to see one of Canada’s finest exports tear up stages across the country this June.
