It’s been documented that Spotify are apparently not making any money from music streaming, which is probably why they’re moving into other ventures, and hell – this Spotify Premium killer probably ain’t helping their bank either.
Introducing Spotifree, a sneaky little plugin that silences any advertisements that are played between songs on Spotify’s freemium service, as reported by Digital Music News.
The clever and cheeky application add-on simply mutes all ads that Spotify play, basically, users will at times experience a mere 30-seconds to one minute of silence when an advertisement runs, before the music then resumes.
There’s been different attempts to block out ads on Spotify before, to which the Swedish streaming giant have put a block on – however what’s surprising is that Spotifree has not been picked up or stopped.

Although we don’t think forking out a mere $11.99 a month to avoid listening to ads isn’t the most exorbitant of prices to pay, this is a nifty little option for all you cheapies out there who want free, uninterrupted music.
