Venus Court + Head Clouds

Gold Coast-bred, Melbourne-based folk/pop duo Venus Court and indie rock outfit Head Clouds have announced they will embark on a joint tour this June to show homeland crowds what they’ve been up to this year. Romeo Moon

Why? Experimental psych rock crew Romeo Moon are a Tone Deaf favourite. Last year the Melbourne band Romeo Moon have created one of the most stunningly understated local records we’d heard all year. Mixing dream psych with a krautrock rhythm, while keeping their focus on a ‘live’ ethos you need to see these quiets overachievers in action. You won’t regret it.

Why?After a couple years in hibernation, Perth dreampop outfit Lanark – now a refined quartet after the departure of their keyboardist – returned with their luscious new single, Anywhere But Here, late last month. Why? Our Adelaide mates are kicking off the long weekend in style.
