Primus brought out some special guests at their Los Angeles show last Friday (July 5th). The band were joined by Tool drummer Danny Carey and Mastodon‘s drummer Brann Dailor and bassist Troy Sanders. Together the lineup performed a cover of Peter Gabriel’s classic “Intruder”.

Danny Carey previously filled in for Primus’ Tim Alexander in 2014 whilst Alexander was recovering from open heart surgery. You might recall that during Carey’s stint the band worked a cover of Tool’s “Ænema” into their set.
