A tweet from Travis Barker yesterday has sent Blink-182 fans into a frenzy wondering if the band might be reuniting with Tom Delonge. The tweet – a photo of Delonge captioned “Where are youuuuuuuuuu” – can be seen below.

Delonge’s response later this morning instantly fuelled the rumours, continuing Barker’s reference to the groups 2003 track “I Miss You”. Delonge departed the band for a second time back in 2015 and has recently made headlines for his To The Stars Academy racking up $37 million of debt.

Comments made by Delonge last year hinted at a Blink-182 reunion, but nothing as of yet has come of it. Whilst fans are hopeful a reunion of the iconic punk group is in the works, it looks like we may have to wait a while.

Tom Delonge also recently shared a snippet of new music from his other project Angels & Airwaves. The instrumental track was captioned with the Angels & Airwaves Instagram handle and “#newshit”.

Blink-182’s remaining members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker released their most recent album California in 2016 with new member Matt Skiba. Delonge’s last release was the acoustic EP We Don’t Need To Whisper with Angels & Airwaves.

The first solo album from Tom Delonge arrived in 2015 and featured several unreleased demos from his years in Blink-182. The past few years have also seen the artist shift his focus from music to proving alien life exists, which is cool but it’s not new music is it?

Check out Blink-182’s video for “I Miss You” below, and keep your fingers crossed for that reunion.
