triple j, Double J and Unearthed have just announced that they will be bringing the music festival experience to your radios next month for the best ever lineup to never grace our shores.
On Saturday, June 22nd, the three radio stations will be transformed into festival stages, where we’ll be able to relive the most monumental sets that the j’s have ever recorded. We’ll be able to reflect on legacy sets from Powderfinger, Silverchair and Beastie Boys, and nerd out on performances from the finest musicians in the business like Radiohead, N.E.R.D., PJ Harvey, Lorde and more.
All of the joy of a musical festival without the heartbreak that comes with spending $12 on a punnet of hot chips that severely lack chicken salt.
Also, triple j are giving you the chance to score a Festival Superpass, which will grant you a free double pass to every triple j supported festival for a year. All you gotta do is head here and tell triple j who the best live act you’ve ever seen is and why.
