Vivid Sydney have finally unveiled their 2019 programme, and boy it is a stunner. The roster is filled to the brim with the most creative and enduring acts in music.

Carriageworks will see avant-pop auteur FKA Twigs headline on June 9. Curve Ball will be returning for its fourth-year on June 8 with a lineup comprised of Australian legends Mallrat, Hayden James, Touch Sensitive and Set Mo. Whilst Rüfüs Du Sol will hold down the fort for three huge nights across June 13-15.

Sydney Opera House will see the likes of Maggie Rogers, Sharon Van Etten, Underworld and Herbie Hancock grace its iconic stage. Previously announced headliners The Cure will be playing a slew of shows to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their influential album Disintegration.

Spunk Records will be celebrating their 20th anniversary with two shows at the Joan Sutherland Theatre. The performances will be headlined by legendary Australian rock act The Middle East, who have been defunct since 2011. They will be joined by Holly Throsby, Jack Ladder, and for one last time, The Ocean Party.

Also, Academy-Award director Spike Lee (Malcolm X, BlacKkKlansman) will be taking part of the Vivid Ideas workshop.
