This autumn Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas is launching in Perth, bringing music by day and movies by night to the city for the very first time.  Following the success of the nationwide tour, Ben& Jerry’s Openair Cinemas is hosting a month-long series of events at Riverside Drive until 13 April.

The movie program which is available online, offers a stellar line-up of cult classics, the latest and greatest new releasesaward-winning featuressneak previews and premieres including the likes of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Labyrinth, Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, The Goonies and Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. Showcased on a 2K HD digital cinema system and with a huge outdoor screen, guests can look forward to enjoying an alfresco cinema experience like no other.

Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas will be recreating a festival vibe with a hand-picked selection of Australia’s best-loved artists and emerging talent performing every Sunday at each Ben & Jerry’s Sundae Session. Local singer-songwriter Trent Jean will be taking to the stage on 30 March before rising star Annabelle Kay and electro popstress Leure take to the stage as part of the rest of the series.

Local DJs will be on the wheels of steel from Tuesday to Saturday to keep the crowds dancing while the sun sets over the cinema’s spectacular location.
