UK Buzz band Palma Violets will return to Australia this July for Splendour In The Grass and sideshows supporting The Vaccines that are sold out in Melbourne and selling fast in Sydney.
If you missed out on tickets to their first shows, you’ve now been given a second chance, as Secret Sounds and Tone Deaf have announced the indie rockers will headline their own show at Ding Dong on Sunday 26th July.
It’s fair to say that the Palma Violets, are back – two years on from the release of their debut, top 10 UK charting album ‘180’, which NME declared to be ‘the new soundtrack to your life’ and Q Magazine ‘one of the best debut albums of the decade’’, they have just released their highly anticipated follow-up Danger In The Club which is out now via Rough Trade / Remote Control Records.
Still all in their early twenties, Palma Violets have developed into first class songwriters and honed their own unique sound and have been gathering fans from all over the world, including the likes of Tom Petty who caught them at one of their SXSW performances in back in March.
Make sure you don’t miss out twice, as Palma Violets take to the Ding Dong stage with special guests. To celebrate their visit, Tone Deaf are giving readers the chance to score double pass to see the guys in action, enter your details below for a chance to win!
