Australian rapper 360 recently went viral after unveiling a powerful new track titled ‘I’m Sorry’, in which the Melbourne emcee, whose real name is Matt Colwell, revealed he was forced to postpone his 2015 Utopia tour because of an overdose.

The track went in-depth on Colwell’s addiction to codeine, which saw him taking “90 pills daily of Nurofen Plus”, to stave off withdrawal symptoms whilst on tour. The addiction eventually resulted in an overdose mid-tour.

Colwell is set to appear on the first instalment of triple j’s Hack program this afternoon to discuss his addiction and will even be sticking around for a 30-minute Q&A afterwards, during which fans can ask questions.

“I’m gonna be on Hack this arvo to talk to Tom about my path with addiction and a lot more,” the rapper wrote on Facebook. “I’m also going to stick around for 30 minutes after and answer any questions the public have for me, should be interesting.”

The emcee has already begun responding to fans’ queries. After one fan revealed that her boyfriend is struggling with codeine addiction, Colwell suggested the young woman’s partner speak to a doctor and get on a suboxone program, explaining the properties of the drug.

i'm gonna be on hack this arvo to talk to tom about my path with addiction and a lot more. I'm also going to stick…
